How do I apply for a return of my spent report?

You may request a report return within 30 days of using the report if:

  • The report you generated has errors or discrepancies
  • You did not receive a report
  • Other legitimate reasons

To request a return of your spent report, email us at info@carvertical.com with details of the issue.

Note: If your report contains no historical data, we’ll automatically add a new unused report to your account. You can use it immediately to check another vehicle.
